Keeply Privacy Policy

Keeply is a personal reminder and organization application developed by Oobert App Network. Keeply is designed to help users remember important things, dates, and reminders while keeping their user-created reminder content on their device. Advertising services may process other data as explained below.

Information You Enter in Keeply

Keeply allows you to enter and store information such as:

This information is stored locally on your device and is used to provide Keeply's reminder and organization features.

Keeply does not transmit this information to Oobert App Network servers.

Data Collection and Sharing

Keeply does not require you to create an account.

Oobert App Network does not receive your locally stored Keeply content through AdMob. Keeply does not send your Thing names or descriptions, categories, important dates, reminder dates and times, notes, or status and reminder information to AdMob.

Keeply does not sell your user-created Keeply data. This locally stored content is separate from the data processed by Google's advertising services described below and from Android backup or device-transfer functionality described later in this policy.

Advertising and Third-Party Services

Keeply uses Google AdMob, provided by Google, to display banner advertisements through the Google Mobile Ads SDK.

Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect, process, and share data such as:

Google indicates that this information is used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS).

Google's handling and retention of SDK data are governed by its policies; deleting locally stored Things does not itself delete data already processed by Google.

Keeply may use Android permissions and system capabilities necessary to provide reminder functionality, including:

These capabilities are used to provide Keeply's reminder features and are not used to collect personal information for Oobert App Network.

Device Storage and Backups

Keeply stores app information locally on your device.

Depending on your Android device, operating-system settings, and backup configuration, Keeply data may be included in Android backup or device-transfer functionality provided by your operating system or device manufacturer.

Oobert App Network does not operate a cloud storage service for user-created Keeply content in the current version of the app.

Data Retention and Deletion

Information entered into Keeply remains locally on your device until you edit or remove it through the app, clear Keeply's application data, or uninstall the application, subject to backup or restoration functionality provided by your device or operating system.

Keeply does not currently provide user accounts or store Keeply user-created content on Oobert App Network servers. Therefore, there is no Keeply server-side account or associated cloud data for Oobert App Network to delete.

Data Security

Keeply stores your user-created reminder content locally on your device. This local-first design does not prevent the automatic advertising-SDK data processing described above.

Users should maintain appropriate security for their devices using the security features provided by Android and their device manufacturer.

Children's Privacy

Keeply is not specifically designed for or directed toward children. Keeply does not knowingly collect personal information from children through Oobert App Network servers.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Oobert App Network may update this Privacy Policy if Keeply's features or data practices change.

When changes are made, the updated Privacy Policy will be made available through Keeply and/or its Google Play listing, and the effective date above will be updated as appropriate.
