Tallyna Privacy Policy

Tallyna: Hours & Pay is a work-hours and estimated-earnings utility developed by Oobert App Network. Tallyna is designed as a local-first application. Work records and calculation settings you enter are stored on your device rather than on Oobert App Network servers.

Information You Enter in Tallyna

Tallyna may store information you provide, including:

This information is used to provide Tallyna's calculations, weekly summaries, and history features. Oobert App Network does not operate a server that receives or stores this user-entered Tallyna data in the current version of the app.

Accounts, Advertising, and Data Sharing

Tallyna does not require an Oobert App Network account and does not display advertising in the current version.

Oobert App Network does not sell your user-entered Tallyna data. Because the current app is local-first, this content is not transmitted to Oobert App Network servers.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Tallyna may offer paid features, subscriptions, free trials, or one-time purchases through Google Play. Purchase and subscription transactions are processed by Google Play. Oobert App Network does not directly receive or store your full payment-card details.

Google may process purchase, account, device, and transaction information according to its own policies and the requirements of Google Play. For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy.

Permissions

Tallyna uses Android capabilities needed to provide its app features. The current local-first work-hours and pay calculations do not require Oobert App Network to collect your location, contacts, or user-entered work information on a remote server.

Device Storage and Backups

Tallyna stores app information locally on your device. Depending on your Android device, operating-system settings, and backup configuration, Tallyna data may be included in Android backup or device-transfer functionality provided by your operating system or device manufacturer.

Oobert App Network does not operate a cloud storage or synchronization service for user-created Tallyna work records in the current version of the app.

Data Retention and Deletion

Information entered into Tallyna remains locally on your device until you edit or delete applicable records, clear Tallyna's application data, or uninstall the application, subject to backup or restoration functionality provided by your device or operating system.

Tallyna does not currently provide an Oobert App Network user account or store your user-created work records on Oobert App Network servers. Therefore, there is no Tallyna server-side account containing those records for Oobert App Network to delete.

Data Security

Tallyna's local-first design keeps user-entered work and pay information on your device in the current version. Users should protect their devices using Android and device-manufacturer security features.

Calculation Information

Tallyna provides estimates based on the work hours, pay settings, and overtime settings you enter. Taxes, deductions, and other payroll adjustments are not included unless a future version explicitly states otherwise. Tallyna is not a payroll service, financial adviser, employer, or source of legal or tax advice.

Children's Privacy

Tallyna is not specifically designed for or directed toward children. Oobert App Network does not knowingly collect user-created Tallyna work records from children through Oobert App Network servers.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Oobert App Network may update this Privacy Policy if Tallyna's features, third-party services, or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated as appropriate.
